Fly 'n' Dive acroyoga retreat

​​​By registering for the Fly ’n’ Dive event, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure an organized, fair, and high-quality experience for all participants.

1. Booking and Confirmation

To confirm and secure your participation in Fly ’n’ Dive, a EUR 100 deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is included in the total ticket cost, it is not an additional payment. This deposit guarantees your spot and allows us to properly plan logistics. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Payment and Installments
To make participation easier, we offer different payment options depending on when you register:

• Early registrations (January – February): participants who sign up in advance may split the total into up to 3 monthly installments, giving more flexibility to plan ahead. The final installment must be completed before May 1, 2026.

• Mid registrations (March – April): during this period, payments can be divided into 2 installments, as long as the full amount is settled before May 1, 2026.

• Late registrations (May): since the event is very close, payment must be made in one single installment at the time of registration.

Consequence of non-compliance: If the payment is not completed by the required date, the registration will be considered canceled, the participant will not be able to attend the event, and the cancellation policies will apply.

​3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case of cancellation by the participant, the following refund policy will apply to the cost of the ticket (excluding the deposit), based on the date we receive written notice of cancellation:

• 60 days or more before the event start: 80% refund of the cost of the ticket.

• 59 to 30 days before the event start: 40% refund of the cost of the ticket.

• 29 to 15 days before the event start: 25% refund of the cost of the ticket ticket.

• Less than 15 days before the event start: No refund will be issued.

Refund percentages shall be determined on the basis of the total ticket cost, not on the installments already paid. All payments are non-transferable to another participant and may not be used as credit for future events.​

4. Program and Teachers

The program, schedule, activities, and teachers are subject to change due to logistical reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Any necessary modifications will be made with the intention of maintaining the quality and integrity of the event.
Such changes do not constitute valid grounds for requesting full or partial refunds.

5. Conduct, Respect and Community Guidelines

Fly ’n’ Dive promotes a respectful, conscious, and responsible environment.

Any disrespectful behavior towards:

• Local staff

• Balinese culture

• The natural environment and underwater life

will not be tolerated and may result in immediate exclusion from the retreat without any right to refund.

6. Health, Safety and Responsibility

The organization commits to taking all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment during all activities.

However, by participating in Fly ’n’ Dive, the participant acknowledges and accepts that both acroyoga and scuba diving involve inherent physical and environmental risks.

The participant declares that they are physically and mentally fit to take part in these activities and that they participate at their own responsibility

The organization, facilitators, teachers, and partners shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, losses, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event.

7. Acceptance of Terms

Registration and payment for the event imply full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
